Arrius Pro Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Arrius Pro. This Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods purchased from Arrius Pro.
What does the warranty cover?
This Warranty covers any faulty, broken or breakdowns within the warranty time period.
During the Warranty Period, Arrius Pro will repair or replace, at no charge, products (if available), or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material under normal use and maintenance.
This Warranty also covers items that arrive Dead on Arrival “DOA”. Items that arrive unoperational or severely damaged can be returned at no charge. The customer must report any physical damage within 48-hours of delivered date.
What will we do to correct problems?
Arrius Pro will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. If DOA, Arrius Pro will return the product to the vendor for a refund.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Arrius Pro is 14-days from the date of delivery. Physical damage will need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
