L-Acoustics KIVA I

The L-Acoustics KIVA I is a compact yet powerful modular line array loudspeaker designed to deliver premium sound quality in small- to medium-scale applications. It features L-Acoustics’ renowned Wavefront Sculpture Technology, which ensures coherent wavefronts and consistent coverage throughout the listening area. Each KIVA I enclosure houses two 6.5-inch neodymium low-frequency drivers and a 1.5-inch high-frequency compression driver coupled to a DOSC waveguide. This design allows it to maintain precise directivity and high SPL output within a remarkably small footprint. With a frequency range extending from 80 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum SPL of 131 dB, the KIVA I provides outstanding clarity and intelligibility, making it suitable for both speech and music reinforcement.

Built with touring and installation versatility in mind, the KIVA I combines robust construction with lightweight design, weighing just under 15 kilograms per cabinet. Its integrated rigging system allows for quick and secure array assembly, supporting up to 20 elements per line array. The cabinets can be easily transported in flight cases and configured for flown or stacked setups depending on the venue’s needs. When paired with L-Acoustics KILO low-frequency extensions or SB15m subs, the KIVA I system delivers full-range performance with impressive low-end extension and punch. The enclosure is made from composite materials, finished in durable paint, and engineered to withstand the rigors of touring environments while maintaining an elegant look for corporate events, theaters, and houses of worship.
