D&B J-System

The d&b audiotechnik J-Series, often referred to simply as the “J System,” is one of the most renowned and respected line array systems in the professional audio industry. Designed for large-scale sound reinforcement applications, the d&b J System is a comprehensive solution that delivers powerful, precise, and consistent audio performance across a wide range of venues, from stadiums and arenas to outdoor festivals and concert tours. At the heart of the d&b J System are the J8 and J12 loudspeakers, which form the main line array elements. The J8 is designed with a horizontal dispersion of 80 degrees, while the J12 offers a wider 120-degree dispersion, allowing for flexible coverage depending on the requirements of the venue. Both models feature two 12-inch neodymium LF drivers, a 10-inch MF driver, and two 1.4-inch exit HF compression drivers mounted on a waveguide. This three-way design ensures that the J System delivers a balanced and coherent sound across the entire frequency spectrum, with deep, controlled bass, clear midrange, and smooth, extended high frequencies.
