L-Acoustics KIVA II

The L-Acoustics KIVA II is a compact, lightweight line array speaker designed for applications that require both precision and power in a small form factor. Building upon the success of the original KIVA, the KIVA II offers enhanced SPL output, broader bandwidth, and improved sound clarity, making it a popular choice for installations and live events where high-quality sound and visual integration are essential. The KIVA II features a two-way passive design, consisting of a single 6.5-inch neodymium low-frequency driver and a 1.75-inch diaphragm compression driver. This setup is optimized to deliver smooth frequency response and even sound distribution, with a frequency range of 70 Hz to 20 kHz. The speaker’s compact design doesn’t compromise its power; the KIVA II delivers a maximum SPL of 137 dB, making it capable of handling mid-size venues with ease. Its horizontal coverage of 100° ensures wide sound dispersion, while the vertical coverage can be fine-tuned through precise line array configurations, making the system versatile for different acoustic environments.
