Meyer Sound Leopard is the most lightweight and versatile line array in its class, engineered to faithfully reproduce sound with unsurpassed depth and clarity across a broad scope of installed and touring applications. In true Meyer Sound tradition, it delivers exceptional phase coherence, consistent front-to-back coverage, extremely low distortion, and an unrivaled power-to-size performance. Its long-excursion drivers move more air than expected from a box this compact, producing the sonic impact and consistent coverage you’d normally associate with far bulkier systems. The result is a narrow-profile loudspeaker that outperforms larger boxes above its class while remaining deceptively light — an ideal choice for touring applications and installations where scalability, clear sightlines, and ease of rigging are critical.

Versatility is where LEOPARD truly shines. It is available in two coverage patterns, giving system designers precise control over how a room is filled: the original LEOPARD offers a wide 110° horizontal pattern, while the long-throw, tight-focus LEOPARD-M80 provides a precisely controlled 80° horizontal pattern. Because the acoustic signature, vertical coverage, and rigging hardware are identical, the two variants can be configured together in mixed arrays to optimize both wide and long-throw coverage. Combined with the 900-LFC Compact Low-Frequency Element and the Galileo GALAXY processor, LEOPARD forms the building blocks of scalable systems that cover anything from a few hundred seats to several thousand — from fills and delays to full main arrays, in houses of worship, concert halls, theatres, convention centers, and festivals.

Meyer Sound Leopard is engineered to be highly portable and effortless to use, from transportation through installation, rigging, and system configuration. In Native Mode it sounds outstanding right out of the box, so engineers spend less time wrestling with gear and more time perfecting their mixes. The self-powered design is a major advantage: sophisticated internal Class D amplification delivers a clean signal at any volume while consuming minimal power, and it eliminates amplifier racks, long loudspeaker cables, and the calibration of gain and crossover settings — getting you rigged up and ready to go in record time.
